Simple IDE problems

For some reason none of my simple IDE load to the Prop1. Neither the C or Prop, Proptool works great. Any ideas, I'm still fiddling on a Win7 don't know if thats an issue. I've deleted the program and reload too, but same error.

I just checked my flex GUI P2 and works great

All is working now. Loaded the 2016 C version
