PC104 Propeller Boards

I'm just curious. Several of Parallax's activity boards are close to the size of a PC104 board. Has Parallax ever considered using this standard for the layout of their boards? I ask because most of the boards used in CubeSats these days are PC104.

Everyone has a standard, and they are all different. Just look at the crazy Raspberry Pi for example.
