P2-EVAL 3D Printed Base

Here is a 3D printed base. It has a 2mm thick base with 2mm higher standoffs around the mounting holes of 2.9mm, and 2mm around the entire edge. It's just under the edge of the pcb. The holes take M3 screws 5mm long so you can screw into the plastic without nuts. Note the holes are marginally off the physical pcb mounting holes (maybe 0.2mm???) but the screws do their job nicely so I didn't bother changing the design. I used 10% infill and my Ender 3 took a little under 2 hours to print it.

Should allow me to simulate a wide range of ambient temperatures.
Four thickness-grades to select from:
8805 - 5 mils
8810 - 10 mils
8815 - 15 mils
8820 - 20 mils

Hope it helps you.
P.S. USA Frozencpu dot com has some models/sizes for cheap...

Depends on the code running on it, the clock speed, and the number of cogs and other hardware in use. What are you planning to do with it?
Program 0 is most likely typical use case.
Perhaps, four of those solder tabs could be used (Z-bent), to help centering the whole fixture...
