How do I upload my photo to the forum? What is the format ? Thanks

Use the "Attach a File" function at the bottom of a post. A JPEG would be fine.

Use PNG when uploading graphs, charts, diagrams, and other non-photo images. Use JPG for photos only. IIRC, GIFs are also acceptable, and fine for graphic images (not photos) that have a limited color palette.

Looks like .BMP files work fine too. "Lena.bmp" is attached. 512 x 512

They don't seem to embed though. BMP isn't a proper web standard...

I wonder if WebP works though?
Apparently not, file type not allowed.
