OPTAscope 81M - No Readings from probe

Hello,
I have OPTAscope 81M , Installed new drivers and Application from parallax website, OS Windows 7 64bit.
Application detects hardware, but does not show any readings from probe, connected 3.3vdc to probe, there was reading.
Tried Installing drivers from FTDI website / Parallax , no result.
Scope calibration does not work.

Can some one help to troubleshoot or any one familiar with this issue?
