Does this con statement evaluate to this:
CON
#-1, OPEN[0], OUT, CLOSE 'CON declaration enumerate symbols,makes the values of OPEN:= -1, OUT := 1, CLOSE := 0

OR does this evaluate to : OPEN := -1, OUT:= 1, CLOSE := 0
