Forum TLS handshake timeouts

Since about midday here I have been having problems accessing the forum and many times the webpage times out. But I found that this is only happening with the secure https method resulting in a tls handshake timeout as far as I can tell. Now I am posting on non-secure http.
This is the same on a couple of computers with different browsers etc. Have the certificates or something been changed on the Parallax forum?

EDIT: funny thing, my browser is now working normally on https only after having accessed it via http. I had previously deleted my cert8.db and cert9.db without success. But I noticed that the file upload still stalls.

    Something might have changed, as I was logged out of my account this morning. I never log out.
    I seems normal now.

    Peter, I had problems last night with most overseas sites including on my TV with Netflix.
    I tested the link locally and I was getting >20Mbs yet most US sites were timing out so I suspect an internet routing issue.
    Seems fine this morning.
