Hi Ray, yes for sure. From one of the country to the other. They entered into Canada through British Columbia (BC)and exited via Montreal .

Parallax should have sold me a pair of roller skates with them . LOL

Mine were shipped on the Friday. The following Monday was a holiday here in Oz. Package arrived Tuesday.
  • Fellow Haligonian here -- Canada Post managed to find me with the accessory boards, so the city isn't completely cursed :). Sounds like your address may have been mistyped or something? Hopefully they can get it straightened out soon. In the meantime, if there's some project you'd like to get started on with the boards perhaps we can share -- PM me.

Really? Has NAFTA become that compromised by the recent trade negotiations? (That scares me a little, since my main PCB fab source is in Ontario.)

I don't think that NAFTA has changed; the charges are probably sales tax, which has always been charged on imports into Canada, and of course "handling fees" get tacked on to anything they can :(.

That's very kind Eric and I appreciate it. I may not need to borrow anything because for the next few weeks I am building a pre-amp using a Nutube ( VFD replacement for a 12AX7 tube https://korgnutube.com/en/ )for my pedal steel guitar.

I will send you a PM to say hello in the next few days, your the only Prophead I know about in the Nova Scotia area  )
  • The first address label had the street address missing. I wonder if it will take the exact root this time?

It seems to be on a faster root.
