Black Friday deal aside, would you buy a Windows laptop with BSOD in the model name/number? A rather poor choice for an Office Depot descriptor if you ask me.

    From the reviews it seems to be hit or miss and a Yahoo search brings up Refurbished.

    Thanks to Google, I now know that BSOD is "blue screen of death".

    The first part is also BS and the last is OD.

    Kinda makes you wonder what marketing was thinking on that day or what kind of people work there.

    Based on the reviews it must stand for "Best System Or a Disaster".

    In the 80's, following the success of the Apple, the Japanese companies started making the Peach, Apricot, etc.
    One company was about to launch their brand... the Lemon. I kid you not!

    And then there was the slogan Wang Cares. Us Ozzies had a laugh ;)
