Parallax website is completely down.

I can't even access the default page for Parallax. I need the basic stamp editor software and nothing of parallax inc is coming up but this forum. Anyone know where I can get this editor?

Nothing. Keeps saying "The website has not archived this url" nothing on the editor either.
