Painful question, REGEX

Rather than bumping an old thread (found through Google search) tangentially, does anyone know if prop tool or spin on its own has the ability to handle regex'es?

If there is a REGEX object it is likely to be in OBEX. I doubt it comes packaged with the Propeller Tool.
