I cannot get this to run. Any ideas??

    Works for me ... I've got a Mac. I can run the Mac version from the command line and I can run the Windows version installing it under Windows 10 running under Parallels Desktop. I've also run the Linux version also under MINT running under Parallels Desktop. What are you using? Can't help you without more information.

    What happens when you try to run it? Does it complain about a missing DLL?

    When I run the .exe file it flashes and disappears. Nothing else. I am running winows 7

    You need to run it from the command line in a Command Prompt window.
