Has it been posted anywhere yet?

I thought maybe we'd see it once the test chips were ordered...

    As far as I know, Chip has not finished it yet. He had gotten started on it, but then had to go back and fix/change things in the chip design.

    Not yet. The closest you can get now is fastspin (or spin2gui, the GUI version of fastspin) which implements some of Spin2 and can output native code for Prop1 and Prop2.
