micro sd/wav audio

I am working on a project that requires audio. In the past I followed the gadget gangster tutorial for micro sd/ wav file playing using the propeller (and audacity).
This seems to be gone from the internet, does anyone have a saved copy of that tutorial they could share?

I've got a couple example codes in OBEX:

Use the 8-bit for tiny samples or the 16-bit if using SD card.

Wave file format needs to be uncompressed 16-bit.
File format needs to be 8.3 (Dos style)

If you are using C, I think Parallax has C examples somewhere...
