What happened to OBEX?

When I try to log onto OBEX, I just get an error.

    I and downforeveryoneorjustme.com/obex.parallax.com agree with you that obex is inaccessible. I'm sure they'll fix it soon though.

    In the meantime, there is an archive from July that can be downloaded:
    I've uploaded a new "complete_obex.zip" to the same link (https://david.zemon.name/downloads/complete_obex.zip). This time, every zip is extracted. Originally I was deleting the zips after extraction but I ended up leaving the zips in place so that files which get overwritten during extraction can still be retreived (I'm looking at you adns2620).

    Just talked to Parallax, and they are doing maintenance on the OBEX site. It should be back up today or tomorrow.

    If you have a particular need, check the link above, or I can see if I have the item on my local drive.

    Not really, still accessible without HTTPS.

    I have tried several times over past few weeks and more often than not I get this:
    This site can’t be reached
obex.parallax.com took too long to respond.

    I get this on Chrome (Windows 10) and Safari (iOS).

    Is the www.obex.parallax.com site have problems lately?

    Searches do seem to take a while or abort. I will advise Parallax.

    Didn't the firm move some portions to AWS? Its possible thanks to the arcane rules for setting up a name registration entity page, the mechanism for making the transfer didn't work.....
