So I have decided to take on a new project, constructing an underwater ROV. The programming isn't a problem, i have plenty of experience, but how should i construct the frame so that the Basic Stamp module fits in it perfectly and seal it? Please guys, I need ideas. Thanks, Damian.

I would be tempted to mount all the electronics in a hermetically sealed enclosure, use feedthru's for the wiring, and then fill the enclosure with oil. That takes care of the waterproofing and the heat dissipation in one step.
