    I picked up one of these as well.

    Really should have gone with 2 at I originally wanted.
    Saw somewhere where someone had cut the USB end of, connected it too about 100' of Cat5, then resoldered most of the USB connections except voltage. Upped the voltage to account for the extra resistance, and got good USB video.
    Need to do that to figure out how/where my rain gutters go back to a well/lift station in the back yard.
