Hands on help in Dallas

Hi Folks,
I've been working with a gentleman in Dallas and we've put together a remote monitoring system for commercial air conditioning systems.
Even though it uses the A-chip and the ESP-chip, it has been an enjoyable process. We're just installing the first beta batch.
What we're finding is my partner is "not very adapted to electronics troubleshooting" (his words!) and there's only so much I can help with from 3000 miles away.
I'd like to find him some "hands" in the Dallas area to help out in getting these installed and dealing with the usual start up hiccups. I'm thinking either a college or technical high school type or perhaps someone looking for an interesting sideline. Its pretty basic troubleshooting with a meter, a bit of soldering and some programming to set IP addresses, etc.
