Problem streaming with PropScope

We recently purchased PropScope, and I'm trying to use the streaming function without success. I'm trying to stream 2 channels at say 10ms to a file. I'd like a single file of at least 60 seconds of contiguous data. The streaming dialog allows me to specify how often the "most recent" data are saved...but how much data is that? Based on what I'm seeing in the resultant output file, I SEEM to be getting a sample on each channel about every 400uS...but both the sample counter and clock reset every 1024 samples, at around 400mS worth of data. I'm suspicious that this means I'm getting 400mS of data at every save interval I've specified...and setting the interval to 0.4 doesn't seem to help, nor does it seem to make sense.
There's no documentation about this anywhere I can locate. Please assist. Thanx.

You may need to look into another USB Oscilloscope product to get the streaming features/performance you want/need. Try looking at:
