My Digital Pot. AD5220 is damage.

Do you know a cheaper alternative ( PIN compatible).

I am using it with Basic Stamp .

Parallax seems to be cheaper than Mouser ($3.25 vs $3.42)

And Digikey is $3.60.

I found an other product from Parallax Pdfs.

It is the Xicor X9313TP it is cheaper and Parallax sell it or sold it.

do you know if it is full compatible ?

It would be hard to source the DIP part as it has not been produced for a while.

Do you have a problem with paying $3.25 for the part? Dip potentiometer parts are a little hard to find now a days.
