None of those. Choose a 3.3 logic level MOSFET and it doesn't have to be physically big, it just needs to be fully turned on at logic levels with a low RDS(on). Sure, you can use those to220 monsters like the irf3708 iirc but there are better ones too.
Correction - 5V logic for the BS2 Here's an example of the type of MOSFET it could be, there are many to choose from. The pumps could have a rather high starting current, you need to allow for that.
