I was just wondering if anyone has written a RGB to VGA spin program for the prop.

Rayman has an applet on his website. I'm not aware of a converter written in Spin.

I looks like Rayman provides enough info to make writing a converter in Spin relatively straight forward.

I'm pretty sure I figured out how to convert colors at one point when I was writing code for Rayman's Propeller Touchscreen Platform. I don't recall the specifics of converting colors now.
