Found Working Driver for PL2303HX USB/Serial

Haven't been able to use my favorite ATEN UC232A USB/Serial adapter since Windows 8. It uses a Prolific 2303HX which "could not start" according to Device Manager. Just this morning I found a new driver which got my ATEN up & working on 64-bit Windows 10 and my old ATEN friend is working fine on a serial Homework Board. Hoping it might help someone else someday.

Jim, I thought you might comment since that's a car diagnostics website.

The funny thing is that my new/refurb HP 6305 computer actually has a working serial port, so I need this ATEN USB adapter even less now.

OT, I just got this bluetooth OBD2 gizmo and have been having fun with the Torque lite Android app. I'm sure you have that already. Jolly good fun for $3.62, how can they DO that?
