Everything in the project is open and documented, so you can do anything from adding a few more LEDs or a couple camera servos, all the way up to replacing the entire controller code. If you use a PPM / SBus / Srxl reciever, you can use the remaining I/O's for anything you like, in addition to the expansion ports that are already there.

8kb of RAM (which I've improved in a more recent version by pushing the drivers into upper EEPROM) and two cogs.
