Better deal from Advanced Circuits on $33 PCBs

I use Advanced Circuits for prototype PCBs. Their $33/ea. service for fully masked and screened PCBs was pretty good, but for the minimum order (four boards) and slow processing (five business days). Now they've eliminated the minimum and accelerated the processing to three days -- at least for awhile. I hope it works out for them so they can continue it indefinitely.
Shipping is the only real stumbling block that remains. If they could just stuff a $33 PCB in an envelope and mail it to me for 49 cents, I'd be ecstatic. And skip the horrid microwave popcorn that they include with each order and that drives up shipping costs. 'Tried it once: the stuff really is awful and goes straight to the trash when I receive it.
