Codebender is shutting down

I noticed the Codebender IDE is listed under BOE Shield Resources, however the good folks at Codebender have decided to exit the Online IDE effort and will be shutting down the site and all accounts will be disabled as of November 31st.

Oh, yeah, I forgot they made that mistake on the site. Perhaps that had something to do with them failing.
