Make your own ELEV-8 replacement motor mounts!

I didn't want to wait for replacements to come in the mail, so instead I made my own on a PCB mill. All necessary files here...

    What kind of laser cutter do you have, and does it accept any file formats besides SVG?
  • PCB mill isn't a laser cutter. :) it looks like he used two PCBs cut to shape, back to back.

    In his writeup on github, bigjosh explains he first tried to use his laser cutter, but had trouble getting the .svg file format needed.

    That's a great writeup on Github. I wish I had know you needed them. I had a couple of spares and it would have been 30 minutes to meet halfway.

    Sounds like you have it covered.

    Right now it looks like a 50-50 chance of me attending Maker Faire.

    But I'm trying. :)
