  • It was horrible last year. Nothing but lightning deals that sell out right away. You basically have to sit there all day wading through garbage hoping to find something you want.

Maybe they changed the format since last time. Anyone know if they did?

All I remember is very sticky floors throughout the store. Stickiest near the Slurpee machine. :)
  • Anyone see anything enticing?

Considering an Instant Pot. But don't see anything else, particularly tech related yet. Real hard to browse this and find anything specific.

Amazon Fire 7" tablet for $33.33 (with Ads). But there are ways to remove them and also install Google Play if you're so inclined...

    Hi,

I had never heard of Prime before, but someone at our company spotted a one year subscription to Fusion 360 CAD solid modeling software for $25. It normally sells for $30 per month, and even that is a fantastic deal considering what you get..... pretty much the same as SolidWorks that sells for $ 14,000 per seat plus 1,800 annual each for maintenance.

Full-on 3D solid modeling with built in CAM software. Now I can go straight from my mechanical designs to gcode that feeds my CNC mills and lathes.

Bought 5 copies so they included one-on-one web training. We currently have 2 SolidWorks seats, but intend to migrate all our design work to Fusion 360. We will use all 5 copies.

    Awesome deal!

    Cheers,

    Peter (pjv)
