RFID Reader #28140

I have a RFID tag reader #28140 that was working perfectly until something happen and the LED status light stays green and will not read tags anymore. I have checked all of my wiring to make sure I do not have any loose connections and have even rewired it. Forcing the /enable pin to low makes the LED turn red, but it still will not read tags. I did not change or mess with anything when it was working. All I did was turn the system on and off and then the LED would not change from green to red. Below I will provide my schematic and code that was working. Can anyone tell me why my RFID readers status light will not function like it should and read tags?
