DS1620 Help?

I've Switched to a DS1620 because the LM34 was not working with the regulated programs we have to use. Still having trouble. I have a lot of codes from other discussions, and none of them are helping me understand what I am doing with this. I'm not even sure if I have it in the right spot/ If that is affecting my situation.

You attached code. But you didn't list any wiring diagram or photos of your connections nor state what you're expecting versus what's happening. So the code won't really tell us anything without that other information. Please provide some details.
