WS2818B on a reel?

I want to find a source for reels, any quantity from 250 up. Ada says they cannot do it and google turns up nothing. Anyone ever see a source for this? Hard to believe there is no tape available for PNP.

Side note, is there any benefit to changing to RGBW version? What is different about the white LED versus RGB white? I assume less power is one thing since one LED to product white versus 3 LED's.

That would be nice since it shows a reel but it is a 6 pin device and does not look like it will retrofit pads for 2812, I just got boards and can't change it. No big deal, looks like I will just machine a tray to hold the individual 2812B for pick up and manually fill the slots. The TM245 allows you to designate areas for a part pickup (array).
