GPS DATA READINGS USING BS STAMP 2

Im using BS2 stamp and the codes is still not working. i don't know what the problem is because this is my first time to use basic stamp. I badly need this asap. I am using gps module and it is working on our hyperterminal.
My goal here is to display the time from GPS data and add 5 hours and 30 minutes on it.
