Could make a dandy robot body, upside down or not. If you're simply too busy now, then just use it as a trash can until you can get around to hacking on some wheels, motors, servos, sensors, and blinky LEDS. Lots and lots of blinky LEDs!

The alternating stepping gait is fun to watch and fairly smooth, although "sprint mode" at the 20-second mark is a pretty rough ride.
