Today I ordered this thing: https://kamami.pl/zestawy-uruchomieniowe/561438-zestaw-maximator-maximator-expander-kamami-usb-blaster.html
I don't know if they can sell this thing abroad and how long they will keep this low price. It costs 149 PLN - about $40.
A little low resources for full FPGA Propeller implementation, but it can keep a limited one (2 cogs for example)
Maximator FPGA board:
FPGA 10M08DAF256C8GES Altera MAX10
8000 LE
378 kb M9K
1376 kbFlash
Flash configuration memory
Internal clock generator
12-bit ADC @1MSPS
24 multipliers
2 PLL
temperature sensor
LVDS
Arduino Uno Rev 3 3.3/5 V compatible connections
HDMI ( CEC and DDC)
VGA
10 MHz clock generator
and more
USB Blaster programmer;
Arduino compatible expansion board:
Temperature sensor STLM20W87F
4 7-segment display
2 RGB LED WS2812B
2 user buttons, reset button
Arduino UNO compatible

Keep us posted with how it runs up...
Rather smarter than Altera's breakout, for a similar price.
No external RAM ?
Search did not find an english page on their web site, but there is also this
http://maximator-fpga.org/
49 euro
Looks to need an external Blaster Board (included?), and the demo only shows 3b VGA ?
