Activitybot Learn Program --- go forward 256 ticks then turn 90 degrees

Executes program first run, then after pushing reset button runs the straight portion only and continues straight, pause until, maybe, it will initiate 90 degree turn.

    When I have trouble, I double check the resistors to pins 14 and 15, calibrate, display calibration, then run Forward Stop Face Right.
    You can also try writing your own drive commands and see how it works.

    Double check the encoders are over the center of the wheels, and not significantly out of alignment. You can run the program for testing the encoders.

    I've also had the bots act pretty goofy on low batteries.

    If problems persist, try swapping the board and or servos.

    Apparently was the batteries. Put new in and it took off like a wild rabbit. Must go through batteries pretty quick. Will start using rechargeable. Had to recalibrate twice before got back to normal. Thanks for your help Keith. John Schmitt

    I teach with these things to around 100 students this semester, so needless to say I do a lot of troubleshooting.

    I use Costco Kirkland batteries, and I'm about to look in to rechargeables.
