Sophisticated Data Logger with Remote Retrieval and Control

I'm totally new to Parallax. First of all, I would like to know if I'm in the right place.

I am thinking of building (or have built) a sophisticated data logger. It will need to log:
- data from multiple serial RS232, RS422 inputs
- TCP packets,
- RTP (UDP) packets,
- decoded DTMF digits,
- audio,
- video snapshots
- some analog and digit inputs
with the ability to remotely retrieve the data and also have the ability of sending data to remote devices for remote control.

Will a Propeller based device be able to do this?

I doubt it could do it alone. It depends on the speed and volume of incoming data as well as the number of incoming channels. For a more detailed assessment you would need to post the number of inputs, data rate, and volume of data for each category you listed.
