Propeller Backpack Product ID: 28327

I see that the Propeller Backpack Product ID: 28327 is no longer made.

After looking the schematics, it doesn't seem like it should be too hard to rebuild using components.

But since I really don't do video much I am unsure what MOSFETs are needed for Q2.

If anyone has an idea or can help, that would be great.
