Data Acquisition Handbook * *FREE** (Registration required)

A Reference For DAQ And
Analog & Digital
Signal Conditioning

The Data Acquisition Handbook has been enhanced to address more practical applications than theoretical measurement issues. Each chapter covers a major topic with sufficient detail to help readers understand the basic principles of sensor operation and the need for careful system interconnections. The handbook also discusses key issues concerning the data acquisition system’s multiplexing and signal conditioning circuits, and analog-to-digital converters. This popular handbook has also been used by teaching professionals for the instruction of sensor-based measurement techniques.

  • It's well worth downloading :)
  • Yes but who's brand of software do they promote?
  • I just googled Data Acquisition Handbook and found a direct download from them (i.e. no registration needed). It was the first hit, actually. Maybe that's a boo-boo on their part and will eventually get fixed.

What does that have to do with the price of tea in china? The book makes no mention of software.

A somewhat different slant than the Analog Devices data converter handbook and more practical.
