Hello,
I was interested in finding out the way I would be able to determine the Date of Manufacture (year mainly) of my Activity Bot Kit.

    I believe the Activity Bot was announced in 2013. I don't believe there has been any revisions since then, so they are all the same.

    Curious as to the question.

    The ActivityBot kits are assembled in small batches of no more than several hundred at a time.

    This means that whatever year you bought your kit is extremely likely to be the same year it was kitted (unless you got it early in the year, such as January or February, then it was likely the previous year). Now, the parts inside the kit come from several sources, so narrowing down the exact manufacturing date of any single part would be near-impossible.

    As with Publison, I am curious to the reason you'd like to know. Is there a technical issue these forums or our technical support can assist you with?

    I had read that ABots produced pre 2013 had a gap in the servo-to-chassis frame that could lead to inaccuracies.Mine did indeed have the gap,I repaired it as per the instructions and all's well.
