Isolation Transformer Needed

Anyone have feedback on this - http://www.mcmelectronics.com/product/72-6670A

I checked around, Mouser, Digi, MCM. It's hard to find a transformer with 120vac/120vac w/ isolation around 500 VA.

If anyone has one for sale or laying around let me know, thanks.

Think I have one, just the transformer, no fancy housing. Pretty heavy, I will have to locate & check the rating.

What's the application?

Yeah I figure the shipping will be a lot. As a safety precaution for a variac attached to a bridge rectifier for a DC supply. The DC supply size wouldn't go over 20 volts @ 15 amp (300W). I've got the variac (500VA), bridge and a smoothing cap for a few different DC voltage configurations. I wouldn't mind adding some more protection.

Actually I think I will just return the variac and get this cheap adjustable PSU - http://www.mpja.com/0-30V-0-16A-Variable-Benchtop-Power-Supply/productinfo/29316 PS/

The variac ($80), rectifier ($8), smoothing cap ($24), isolation transformer ($100?) and misc hardware will end up costing more. Considering I don't need AC I may as well ditch the idea.
