Can't download the SPIN interpreter source

I'm trying to get the SPIN interpreter source. I found the thread but when I download I get a 'not readable' message. If necessary, can somebody please re-post the sources?

P.S. I can download the launcher no problem, but not the boot loader - I get the same 'not readable' message.
