ViewPort DSO issue

I have the Prop generating 19.5 KHz PWM signal using a counter. Although the duty cycle is displayed correctly and the frequency verified by means of a tester, ViewPort reports a frequency of only ~4KHz. Also, is there a way to have the DSO mask off only the bit(s) of interest?
