linux command line spin compiler?

What is the current best spin compiler that can be run from a linux command line that is not brad's spin tool (bst)?

We have a PC that is to load spin to the prop 1 via script.

Is OpenSPIN what I want, or is there a better solution?

    Openspin is the official solution I think. You can also install mono and try homespin from mpark
