Forum does not like URLs containing International Domain Names. Like http://2π.net

I consider googling known domains instead of just typing them in an unspeakable crime, but stupid unicode domains force even me to do it!
Now, the idea is that having posted the 2π.net domain name here, you never have to worry about typing it (Should you ever want to). Or God forbid googling it. Just bookmark it. Sadly that does not work. Hence my bug report here.
Obviously unicode domain names should be OK for people who have those kinds of keys on their keyboards, but a primarily English website should only be allowed to have English characters in its domain.
I access my bookmarks by typing in part of what I want and then hoping the fact that it's bookmarked will make it show up in the commonly used addresses list below the URL bar. I can't do that with this domain.
I dare you to register a domain containing left-to-right text, then a right-to-left mark, then right-to-left text, then a left-to-right mark, and finally more left-to-right text, if it's allowed (I sure hope not!).
Are you running a site about debt consolidation? Because that's what I get:
-Phil
Unless you have some kind of searching from the address bar enabled, you should either go to the correct site or get an error message from the browser. Having search from the address bar enabled is generally a bad idea if it can take you directly to a web site and not to a search results page from your default search engine.
However a entering a mixed "direction" name crashes the Javascript on Godaddy's page
For example فففa
Turns out IDN's are not allowed to have this anyway.
