PPDB RTC C code

I'm not sure where to post this, but I wanted to share it in case someone else is having the same problems I had trying to write C code for the PPDB when the only examples are in Spin.

This simply displays the time from the on-board RTC in the 16-segment LED displays. The pin assignments are noted in the code.
