Hi all, Some time ago I found a listing of all the functions of the Propeller Libraries in "C", but can no longer find it.
Does anyone know how I can find the functions of the Prop Libraries in "C"?

The C propeller libraries support all of the Standard C functions, and have a few extensions. Some propeller specific documentation is found in https://github.com/parallaxinc/propgcc/blob/master/doc/Library.html.

The full library source code is available from git in https://github.com/totalspectrum/proplib. The docs directory there has a copy of the library documentation and also a note on C standards compliance.

As reasonable as that request may be, it seems a bit out of place here. Have you opened an "Issue" on the openspin github page?
