Using the propeller to program other microcontrollers

Hi all
Will the Propeller plug program the Arduino Pro Mini 328 microcontroller 3.3V 8MHZ ATmega 328 Processor.

Interesting. If that works, then you can use the Arduino Uno to program a Picaxe: http://www.picaxeforum.co.uk/showthread.php?19845-Programming-with-Arduino-Uno

Then once you get the Picaxe programming the original Propeller, you close the circle and have an Over Unity loop, which will either generate endless power or a black hole.
