Forum Issue (reminder): Many Old YouTube Links Still Don't Work

It wasn't clear to me if the old YouTube links issue is considered solved or not. I wasn't able to quote from the issue page but it kind of gave me the impression this issue is considered solved.

I was about post a link (in the Let's Make Robots forum) to the Robot Forum's Figure 8 thread but I realized the thread has a bunch of bad YouTube links. I changed my mind about posting a link to the thread since the thread isn't nearly as cool with so many dead video links.

It sure would be nice if all these great videos were easy to access.

I've been manually fixing links in some of my old posts but this is a tedious process and of course I can't fix other members' links.

Is this still issue still open?

Funny thing is that for the videos that don't work in that thread. Like the very first one:

The actual correct youtube URL is actually present in the source code of the page. like this:
[h]ttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BqrGA3aUha0

The original issue on the report list of "two-click" video is considered solved because it is not an actual error or bug in functionality. I sent a reminder to IT that some of the BBCode old Youtube video links are still not displaying properly.

Adding to issues, then sinking.
