Forum Issue: Sticky/Announcement Thread prematurely marked as "all read"

It took a while to reproduce this...

When I log into the forums, and visit a discussion forum, say, the Propeller 1 Discussion, I see that there are 7 new messages in a sticky/announcement thread, and several other threads that also have new messages:


So, I go into each thread, starting with the bottommost one, and read the new messages. Each time, I use the browser "back" button to return the list of threads, which I see now shows the thread I just left with no unread messages, and the other threads unchanged:


Eventually, I have read all but the sticky/announcement thread, and the non-sticky thread with the most recent message(s):


So, I click on the non-sticky thread, read the messages, and then use the "back" button to get to the thread list again, and I find that the sticky thread is now shown as "all read", when in fact it has seven new messages that I have not read:


If I now click on that first sticky/announcement thread (going to #latest in the thread) it takes me to the first unread message and not just the last message, so it seems the issue is in the display of the thread list. I've also seen this happen if I am clicking on the threads from the Home page. I have only seen this happen with a sticky/announcement thread (but in two different discussion thread lists).
