    If I'm reading Cluso correctly, it is purely a fake adaptor. It has no other functions, only HDMI and VGA connectors.

    I just wanted a cheap passive cable so I could replace the huge VGA connector with something smaller and buy an off the shelf cheap cable converter :(

    Pity - So do the RCA wires go no-where at all ?

    Probably a more useful question is where did it come from? What labels are on it? So, hopefully, no-one else throws money on buying the same non-cable.
